Delivery Info


If you are not happy with your item, it must be returned and must not have a smell or any stains on it etc, it must have the original packaging and tags still attached. if this is not the case, then you will not receive a refund for the product. make sure you keep it in great condition if you'd like to return! You are required to pay for postage if the item(s) are not in immaculate condition. 

If your item has been sent and returned to us within 14 days from the date you received it, we are happy to return most items. (following exceptions)


1. items that have been worn or damaged and tags have been removed, cannot be returned. 

2. HYGIENE. for hygiene reasons if you have worn any swimwear or underwear, the hygiene seal MUST still be on the item.

We reserve the right to refuse your refund or exchange if the items are not sent back to us in their original condition. In this case we will send the goods back to the original shipping address. Upon return you will be refunded the full cost excluding shipping. 

We are also unable to cover return costs, please make sure you use tracked and signed postage with your name and order inside the parcel. The returns address will be stated once you have emailed the customer service team.
